This Refund policy (the “Policy”) is deemed a binding agreement between the client and Stormbenda UAB (the “Company”), operating GenesisXchange.com (the “Website”).

The digital currencies that can be purchased through the Website or digitally transferred using each currency’s blockchain technology involve transactions directed to a unique wallet ID on the blockchain. These wallet IDs are generated solely for the Client’s use. The Company does not have access to your personal wallet and, consequently, cannot offer assistance in accessing a user’s wallet. Given these features of the digital currency market, it’s important to understand that the Company cannot process any refunds. Once a transfer of digital currency is made, it becomes final and is sent to the specified wallet ID.
We urge you to treat your wallet details as confidential and to refrain from sharing your personal wallet information with any third parties.
It’s important to highlight that the company accepts Fiat funds exclusively for the purpose of converting them into Crypto funds. If a client wishes to convert Crypto funds back to Fiat funds after they have been converted from Fiat, the client can only achieve this by selling or exchanging the Crypto funds back into Fiat funds. Since the Company does not facilitate the conversion of Crypto funds to Fiat funds, this exchange can be performed on another platform that offers such a service.
